Hey, Bootcamp Divas!
I want to tell you about my weight loss journey. Yes, a journey -- because it's ongoing. I came to BSBBC 192 pounds strong. I didn't look that big. I didn't feel that big. But I was that big. I wasn't happy with myself. I decided that I had to do something, so, I joined BSBBC in January 2009, determined to be slim and trim before I turn 40 this year.
The workouts were tough and learning to eat right is not as easy as it sounds. But I slowly began making changes and I conti… Continue
